Ticket Booth Information

  • Entry begins 1 hours before the event starts (subject to on-site conditions).
  • For a smooth and pleasant experience, please aim to enter at least 10 minutes before the event begins.

Entry Procedure

  • All attendees must present their ticket and wear an official wristband to be admitted.
  • Wristbands must be collected in person. If you reserved more than one ticket, please arrive with your companions.
  • Wristbands must be worn throughout the event. For re-entry, wristbands will be verified in lieu of a mobile ticket.
  • Wristbands cannot be reissued. Please take care to avoid loss, damage, or removal.
  • If your wristband is uncomfortable, please visit the ticket booth for assistance.
  • Security checks will be conducted at entry. Any prohibited items discovered will not be stored and must be disposed of on-site.
Prohibited Items Include

Alcohol, explosives, fireworks, sharp or dangerous tools, wheeled vehicles (except wheelchairs), drones, aerial photography equipment, laser pointers, whistles, and any other items deemed unsafe or disruptive.

* Pets are not allowed inside the venue. (Service dogs for persons with disabilities are permitted.)

Audience Reminders

  • You must remain in your assigned seat throughout the event.
  • Official photography and video recording by the organizers may occur and be used for promotional purposes.
  • As a televised awards event, live broadcast and camera equipment (including jimmy jibs) will be present. Audience members may appear on camera.
  • Please follow all instructions provided by event staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

1) KTX from Seoul Station → Busan Station → transfer to bus → get off at “Shinsegae Department Store” → walk
2) Train from Seoul Station → Haeundae Station → transfer to bus → get off at “Shinsegae Department Store” → walk

For Visitors Arriving by Car

Busan Cinema Center Underground Parking:

Free for vehicles exiting within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, a fee of 1,000 KRW is charged for every additional 30 minutes.

Parking at the Busan Cinema Center underground parking lot is available for up to 4 hours only for ticket holders (those with a reservation).
If you use nearby paid parking lots, parking support will not be provided. As parking space at the Busan Cinema Center is limited, we recommend using public transportation whenever possible. (Parking may not be available when the lot is full.)
